Q: Is your Wu Long tea 100% Wulong? Are there any additives?
A: The tea we sell is 100% Wu Long tea, no additives.
Q: Does Wu Long tea contain caffeine?
A: Yes, this tea contains caffeine- about the same amounts as black and green tea but less than a cup of coffee.
Q: How do I brew Wu Long tea?
A: Use water that is just below boiling, and use 1 teabag per cup. Brew for about 2-3 minutes, or to desired strength. All wu Long tea that we sell have instructions on the pouch.
Q: Will Wu Long tea help me lose weight?
A: It is suggested by numerous studies that this tea can be an aid in fat-loss. Wu Long tea contains a substance called "Polyphenol", which is believed to have a role in activating the enzymes in the body that break down body fat. However, any claims about the exact ability of Wu Long tea to be a weight-loss aid have not been evaluated by the FDA.
